Teething… again. Yay :|

November 8, 2007 | Category: Uncategorized

Matt says to me today, I think she might be teething again. Umm… I look at the drool soaked shirt, the hands constantly in the mouth, and listen to the near constant whine… ayup, I think he may be right (just this once, and don’t tell him or I’ll never hear the end of it).

She’s now calmed down a little bit and is sitting on my lap telling me, “Bubby good-girl” over and over and over.

And also, I bought a new rug. It’s thick and shaggy and chocolate brown. The kids instantly declared their love for it (”It’s sooooo soft.”) as has Sweep who barked at it for a minute, then promptly plonked herself down on it for a snooze.

Well, that’s all!
xoxo

Yup, I think he’s onto something with the teething theory! Poor thing!

teething ROCKS! lol! ;-) my little one is teething too… but fortunately doesn’t have the “cranky” side effect……yet. Scrumptious rug! I love the little curls she’s getting. :-)

Ooo, I love #7. It’s so different from your usual work!

PS. That antique gold bw action is driving me insane! I must have it! *drools, begs, makes puppy dog face*

In response to the last journal, I will definitely try to learn cables once I’ve finished all the projects I’ve promised myself to do. Do you know, I completely broke down today and bought myself a skein of Hand Maiden Sea Silk? OMG, it’s beyond delicious! (haha, and for what I paid, it better be!)

Awww, poor little babygirl *sends hugs* I can only imagine how tough and frustrating this must be for her (and for you)…
Hope they come out soon and all the hurting stops.
Your new rug looks so comfy and relaxing…I had to LOL at Sweep ;)

I was thinking the Montego Bay Scarf (ha, like everyone else…), as my options are limited by the one skein, which I bought in Rose Garden (again, a very popular choice). It’s a preeeetty scarf. But if you have a better idea, I’m open hey. :D

I battled with myself for *hours* the night before, trying to tell myself that I really didn’t need to spend $35 on a single skein of yarn! But ooohhh, the softness. Mmmm… I hopped on that bus and rode for an hour both ways just to buy it in person!
